A Neo-Georgian home located in Eastleigh Borough Council. The property in question was built in 1982 and has been owned by the clients ever since. The extension would create an additional flexible space to act as hobby room and to allow the couple to entertain friends and family more easily. An orangery that would extend their existing living room and kitchen, with easy access through large openings into the existing property. It should allow for the maximum amount of natural light to enter and facilitate an environment to house a number of small fruit trees. The space should be flexible. Together with the orangery an extension to the existing garage was requested. An additional space was to be created for one of their vintage cars, preferably making the car visible as a show piece from inside the living space of the orangery.
